Bookings for wedding are ONLY confirmed upon receipt of your wedding booking form and deposit. An appointment to discuss your forthcoming wedding, or a quotation, DOES NOT constitute a confirmed wedding booking. Should another couple require the same day – the couple who provides the completed booking form and deposit will be deemed to have booked this day. Early booking is highly recommended to ensure that we can cover your wedding.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PRICES

Please note that we treat each wedding as a unique and individual event. The prices below are for guidance only as we will tailor make a package to your specific requirements and needs.

We reserve the right to use alternative albums of an equal or greater value should our suppliers change their product range between your booking date and wedding date.

Wedding Day Booking Deposit - £200.00

This is a non-refundable deposit payable at the time of the booking which secures the booking. This amount is subsequently deducted from your final price. Deposits may be paid by cheque or by cash at the Studio.

Package 1 - Mini Package

Cost - Monday to Thursday £399.00 Not Available Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

You receive:

• One photographer attending for a period of up to 2 hours.
• The Ceremony (where photography is allowed during the ceremony).
• Group Formals as discussed during your pre-wedding meeting.
• All images from the day will be uploaded into a password protected online album for your guests to view / purchase.
• Your choice of 20 photographs from your online album printed at 6"x4" and presented in a Spicer Hallfield traditional wedding album in white with the word "Wedding" blocked on the front.

• The Graphistudio Wedding Book. The Wedding Book is an alternative to the traditional wedding album with your wedding photographs printed directly onto the pages of a handmade book designed and bound in Italy. The book measures 35cm by 25cm (Landscape format) and contains 20 pages with the images of your choice printed directly onto the pages
• Two Graphistudio Parents albums.

Additional Elements - Create Your Unique Package:

Second Photographer Addition
Some of our packages have a second photographer included in the price. The role of the second photographer is to unobtrusively capture the emotion of the day. Blending silently into the background, they will capture the hugs, tears, smiles and joy often without anyone being aware they are being photographed. This results in some fantastic, relaxed images.

Bridal Preparation Photographs
Our photographer will attend and capture the pre-wedding fun and nerves on the morning of the wedding as the Bride is getting ready.

Parents Albums x 2
Ideal as gifts, the Parents Albums are a great way to say "Thank You". Each album contains 40 photographs printed at 6"x4". The images in the album can be custom selected by yourselves or your Parents so that the album reflects a personal choice of photographs. The albums are finished with a presentation box.

Wedding Breakfast With Speeches
We will attend and cover the layout, cake (if available), toasts and the speeches. The images will be uploaded into your online album for your guests to view.

Please Note: We do not take any photographs whilst you and your guests are actually eating your meal.

Evening Event Photography
We will attend and cover your evening event for up to four hours. We set up a studio so your evening guests can have some fun, relaxed, informal shots taken. Perfect for those who were not at the Ceremony or Wedding Breakfast. The images will be uploaded into your online album for your guests to view.

All Wedding Images On A DVD
We will supply ALL the images taken on the day that appear in your online wedding album in high resolution format on a DVD with an Image Licence allowing you to make unlimited reprints. This means that you can arrange reprints for family members, create your own Parents albums, email images to friends and family and print large format photographs.

Bride and Groom Pre-Wedding Portrait Session
A fun and informal portrait session at our Studio in Rawdon. The images are presented to the Bride and Groom in a wonderful commemorative CD presentation case with a copyright transfer licence. In addition the Bride and Groom will receive one unframed/unmounted A3 photograph of their choice and all the images will be uploaded into a password protected online album to share with family and friends.
