Family Portraits.

As parents ourselves, we understand that going to a strange place and meeting strange people can be a pretty traumatic thing for a young one. Our portrait sessions are geared totally around the kids. The aim of the session is to make it as much fun as possible - indeed when you arrive the chances are our photographers will spend more time on the floor entertaining the kids with the big box of toys we have in the Studio than they will spend talking to you!!! Don't worry about this - getting the kids relaxed and happy allows us to capture their "spirit" when we actually get to taking the photographs.

We do portraits differently at Mark Pearson Photography. There are no stuffy poses - the whole session is designed to be fun. Yes, we get the kids throwing soft balls at the photographer. Yes, we let them run round the studio blowing off steam. Yes, we allow them to make as much noise as they want (in fact we actively encourage them to shout as loud as they can in some of the games we play!!). Yes, we do get them dancing and singing. Yes, we do play games with puppets and toys and sit there making animal noises (though Mark is notoriously bad at animal sounds, he still thinks a dog goes meow and a cat goes woof woof!!!) and yes (see, we haven't forgotten about you) Mum and Dad can sit there with a cup of coffee or tea and watch the mayhem unfold.

In fact, we even provide the biscuits!

Professional portraits don't have to be expensive - we prove that day in and day out. For 2009 we have two options for you - an inclusive session and a free session. Full details are on the prices page.

After the session has been completed, your photographs are uploaded into an online album which is protected by a password allowing you to view the images from the comfort of your own home or work place. You do NOT have to return to the studio and sit through a hard sell with a sales person!

You can also share the images with family and friends globally. This is a great way of allowing distant relatives and friends to keep in touch with you and your family - simply give them the password and they can log in and view your photographs.

For portrait photographs, we offer both daytime and convenient evening and weekend sessions at our studio in Rawdon, Leeds. To book a Family session, simply telephone 0113 2295408 for an appointment.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. WE CAN NOT PROCEED WITH ANY PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHS UNLESS THIS CRITERION IS MET. THANK YOU.

Commercial Portraits.

We offer a range of commercial services to both small and large businesses.

From product launches, website images, press releases, staff photographs, to summer balls and Christmas parties, we provide cost effective photographic solutions for both small and large businesses.

In addition we also provide portfolios for aspiring or established models of all ages.

The Commercial Team at Mark Pearson Photography have many years of experience working with some big name companies. A quick glance at our clients list below will show just some of the large and small businesses who have chosen us as their preferred commercial photographer.

Our commercial service is designed to be simple to use. To begin with, the price we quote is all inclusive. For commercial clients, all images taken will be presented in high resolution JPG / TIFF format with an unconditional Copyright Transfer Licence. Ownership of the images is transferred to you so you may use the images as your needs require. This may include, but is not limited to, display in printed matter or on a website.

Unlike a lot of photographers, we do not charge you to take the photographs then a further charge if you want to use them.

For all commercial clients, we offer an online viewing service so you may view the images from the comfort of your office. Simply log in with your password and all the images will be available to you. This can save a lot of time if your shoot is time critical.

For Events photography such as Balls or Parties, all images are uploaded into a password protected online album allowing attendees to view the images at their convenience. We can also provide an on-site printing service during the event for those who can't wait. Dependant on the size of your event, we may even attend and cover at no charge.
